Great food a little pricy!

Good food, quick service, friendly staff.

Good food and excellent drive though.

¡Fully overated!

Quality has slipped since early 2018. Several times they have allowed a coffee urn to completely run out, instead of proactively refilling. The sandwiches have been overtoasted. The desired bread choice was unavailable. Most troubling, they have removed the time brewed indicators on the coffee. These are just a few new and unfortunate developments at our local Panera.

Cozy place with fast and professional workers. Ordering food is fast and you never wait for your food for too long.

Their food is delicious. The half sandwiches are a bit expensive but that's how they make money. The Chicken Chipotle Avocado Melt is AWESOME! The brocolli cheddar soup is to die for. Their fruit smoothies were wonderful. There was one sandwich that was awful and they should remove it from the menu: the Bacon Tomato Grilled Cheese. It tasted so bad that my friend gave it back to them. Their customer service is fantastic cause they made her a different sandwich. The manager came over and chatted with us to make sure our food was satisfactory. I enjoyed my time in the Broomall Panera Bread.

Way to expensive. For the food offered.

I eat here frequently, usually a few times a week, and have never had anything I haven't liked. Bakery display is beautifully tempting, though a bit picked over after the lunch rush, and even earlier on weekends. Most of the cashiers are exceptionally friendly, and even greet regulars by name. Though lines sometimes appear long, they move very quickly.

Kiosks dont work. Service is ultra slow. Way overpriced. A loaf of bread and two coffees shouldn't be such a complicated order that takes 20 minutes.

my mac and cheese was old and looked dry and disgusting. The fruit was frozen, the coffee did not taste like vanilla and they forgot to give us the coffee. i will never be coming back

A very slow service and was not very busy. I ordered the Italian and was very good last time and that is why I went back but the sandwich was not as good as the last time about half as good. Made very sloppily. Not good after waiting so long.

Ordered a sandwich with nothing else extra on it as I dont care for L/T/O/P and they wrapped my sandwich with a pickle.. first time ever eating there too and had to g er t back to work. Opened it up and then threw it out.

We went there to try the Lobster Roll and Lobster Mac & Cheese. It was out of this world. Get it while it's available

Most of the time this is great. Service has never been an issue. In fact, today, Devin, was extraordinarily friendly and helpful at the register. Very, very nice. The problem today was with one associate complaining about how many bagels she needed to cut within earshot of the customers who ordered them. The manager on the line at 10:30 was also very rude to my girlfriend who went to say that chips were meant to be the side. The appropriate response would have been: "So sorry about that. Here you go. Is there anything else you need." At least that's what they taught at Planet Bread. The managers are supposed to be there for the customers and display exceptional customer service, not make them feel like they did something wrong.

Consistently good food.

I ordered oatmeal and it was good. Didn't know they had oatmeal.

I love the bagels and soup. Just disappointed that you have to buy cream cheese doesn't that go with a bagel.

Panera has proven to be consistantly good, this particular location is very spacious and welcoming. Always enjoy coming.

The food is tasty but expensive for the portion sizes. If your not hungry and just want a snack and you have some disposable income this is your place

Chicken noodle soup needs to be a little thicker. It has to much broth and not enough chicken and noodles. It used to be thicker when they first opened, now it is more watered down

You know Panera. This one is exactly what you'd like. I like it.

Grilled cheese and tomato soup for the win.

Poor quality Greek salad. Had to grab lunch elsewhere. The manager at Panera was understanding and took prompt action with issuing a refund. She even offered an item to make up for the trouble, I did decline but to make such a gesture was still highly appreciated.

Didn't care 4 the menu

A very expensive sandwich shop. You definitely don't get the bang for your buck here.

This is my far the worst Panera Bread! From the start the service was poor, I had to repeat my order several times, that the customer behind me also repeated my order to the service person taking by order and said that she want some else to take her order. Next we waited for 40 minutes to get wo soups and a salad, the soup was warmish and the did not have any baguettes left, my grilled cheese was also not ready as the were out of the bread they make it with. I chose a different bread, another fifteen minutes later, my grilled cheese was done - or should I say over done. It was burnt. When i handed it back to the manager, he didn't say a word, he took it from me and walked away. I then decide to cancel my grilled cheese order and asked for a refund, which i was given.

Overrated overpriced but clean

So my general opinion of Panera Bread is a restaurant with very yummy food made by a bunch or rude morons. I was expecting the same from this location, I was proven wrong. A polite and intelligent manager took my order quickly and when I picked up the food, everything was correct, which for me is truly a first... well a first for this year and its December 30th today. I had boycotted Havertown (see my review) and never get an order right at Springfield. Granite Run is normally good too but a bit out of the way for me. Anyhow, the Broomall location is clean, pretty good size with a very nice place to eat in the rear and the staff seem to have a brain. So from now on I am going to eat at this location and you should too even if its a bit out of the way. Don't give many 5 star review but this location deserves it!

The Turkey Chilli in a Bread Bowl was a hit! The bathroom was not clean but that was due to nasty customers not the staff.

Love their 2 for deals! Always good and fresh!

I always get the Broccoli and Cheddar soup never disappoints me! Fast food at its best!

I absolutely love the new wraps! The staff here are also great! I ordered the wrong pastry and they gave me another on the house.

I placed many orders through the store online. Their menu is updated so if something is out of stock it will tell you. Wonderful friendly staff.

Unfriendly employees, unfriendly manager. Food quality is the worst of all Panera stores I have eaten at. Our salad looked like it was a "you pick two" so very small and $10.49 for almost nothing. Also very very dry. No dressing on it. I was told there was but definitely no dressing. I practically had to beg for a small tiny side of dressing. won't be going back to this store. Hope corporate gets in there

This place us always nice atmosphere, but your customer service needs to be improved. A young African America man took my order. I asked for breakfast (just wanted some scrambled eggs since I had just broken a tooth). It was exactly 10:30AM and he told me NO, I could not get breakfast. Really? Shame. I still stayed and ordered a soft pastry that I had to cut up to eat.

I was refused service after the long, exposed and drawn out scrutiny of a $100 bill that wasn’t deemed good enough to pay with. Gotta love being made look like a criminal in public!! Never coming here again. Was a regular customer, too.

I like the place to go when I am hungry but not starving because this place does not fill me up. I do not like how the you pick 2 I got a salad and there’s barely anything and they give you the world smallest container and just a few bites of salad for $10 . I should be full not still hungry . I can get chipotle for $7.58 and be super full for the whole day . Also mention I found a hard chunk of lettuce the length of the container in my salad which took up almost all of the salad

Okay food, good service. Fairly healthy. Has vegan options, offers calorie numbers per entree.

Food is good, but $10 seems awfully expensive for a chicken salad sandwich and a bag of chips.

Good food and service!

Took my son here for lunch yesterday, and it was pretty good. Didn’t wait long for food, got our order 100% right, and we loved our food. Definitely will return to this location in the future.
